肉牛營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué):主要研究日糧氮、脂類和碳水化合物在肉牛的代謝(消化、吸收和沉積)。 Beef cattle nutrition: Major study the metabolism (Digestion, absorbtion and retention) of daily nitrogen, lipids and carbohydrates in beef cattle. 飼料營(yíng)養(yǎng)與牛肉品質(zhì) 飼料成分影響牛肉的品質(zhì)(嫩度、顏色、風(fēng)味、口感等),最終影響牛肉的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。雖然飼喂最適合肉牛營(yíng)養(yǎng)需要的飼料,也未必能獲得相應(yīng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,但是本領(lǐng)域研究的是飼料成分與牛肉品質(zhì)的基本關(guān)系。 Relationship of feed nutriments and beef cattle meat qualities: Feed contents could influence the beef quality (such as tenderness, color, flavor, taste, etc.), ultimately could affect the economic value of beef products. Although beef cattle are fed with the most appropriate feed according to their nutrient requirements, however, this approach may not be able to obtain the optimal economic value of beef production. Basic relationships among feed contents and beef quality are studied in this field. 飼料營(yíng)養(yǎng)與脂肪和前脂肪細(xì)胞的分化:牛肉的大理石紋是一項(xiàng)重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。脂肪細(xì)胞和前脂肪細(xì)胞的分化活性對(duì)于形成肉牛大理石紋十分重要,在一定條件下,飼料的營(yíng)養(yǎng)濃度能促進(jìn),或者抑制二者的分化活性。本領(lǐng)域的內(nèi)容是探索影響分化活性的營(yíng)養(yǎng)條件。 Relationship of feed nutriments and differentiation of Adipocyte and preadipocyte:Marbling is an important economic indicator for beef products. Differentiation activities of Adipocyte and preadipocyte are essential for the formation of marbling of beef. Under certain conditions, nutrient concentrations of feed could promote or inhibit the differentiation of Adipocyte and preadipocyte. The nutritional conditions which have impacts on differentiation activity are explored in this field. 肉牛產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)研究:產(chǎn)業(yè)只接受能產(chǎn)生經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值的技術(shù),不分技術(shù)是否先進(jìn)。本領(lǐng)域的主要內(nèi)容是調(diào)查肉牛產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)需求和存在的問題,整合現(xiàn)有技術(shù),評(píng)估其進(jìn)入產(chǎn)業(yè)的可行性,在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證和示范。 Beef cattle industrial technology research: Any industry would only accept those technologies which can generate economic value, regardless whether the technology is advanced. The main research activities in this field include investigations about the technical requirements and problems existing currently in the beef industry, integration of existing technologies, and feasibility assessment for applying these existing technologies in the industry, validation and demonstration of valuable technologies in the practice. 目前承擔(dān)的主要

當(dāng)前主要研究工作簡(jiǎn)介
一、特種畜禽營(yíng)養(yǎng)飼料研究。通過營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)控技術(shù),已經(jīng)使動(dòng)物繁殖率及脂肪產(chǎn)量連續(xù)兩年翻番。目前正從常規(guī)營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)和細(xì)胞營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)角度進(jìn)行研究。
二、脂類和氮類化合物代謝利用與畜禽產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)的研究。通過營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)節(jié)脂類和氮類化合物代謝利用,改善畜禽特定產(chǎn)品或部位的品質(zhì)和提高產(chǎn)量。三、畜禽經(jīng)濟(jì)細(xì)胞系的構(gòu)建及經(jīng)濟(jì)細(xì)胞營(yíng)養(yǎng)需要量的細(xì)胞營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)研究。①建立可進(jìn)行試管內(nèi)研究的經(jīng)濟(jì)前驅(qū)細(xì)胞系和經(jīng)濟(jì)細(xì)胞系;②通過調(diào)節(jié)營(yíng)養(yǎng)環(huán)境操作細(xì)胞的分化方向,增加經(jīng)濟(jì)細(xì)胞在動(dòng)物體內(nèi)的數(shù)量和體積,以提高產(chǎn)量和改善品質(zhì)。 |
