“支鏈脂肪酸是瘤胃內(nèi)纖維分解菌的生長因子,可提高纖維分解菌的數(shù)量,促進纖維的消化(Allison和 Bryant,1961)。本研究中日糧添加異丁酸后提高了玉米秸稈纖維物質(zhì)的降解率,以0.04g/kgW d-1組最高,這與Little(1967)研究結(jié)果一致。日糧添加異丁酸0.02g/kgW d-1時提高了豆粕DM、OM和CP的瘤胃降解率,添加量超過0.02g/kgW d-1后差異不顯著,而瘤胃氨態(tài)氮濃度顯著降低,可能是由于添加異丁酸提高了微生物合成菌體蛋白質(zhì)的能力,其原因有待進一步研究驗證。根據(jù)以上結(jié)果分析得出異丁酸的適宜添加水平為0.04g/kgW d-1?!?br />
其中的結(jié)論是isobutyrate addition may improve the MCP production ,while the mechnism is not clear and more experiments are needed
