The designations employed and the presentation of material in this publication這部分顯然是作主語,確切的說，真正的主語是the designation and the presentation,過去分詞employed作designation的后置定語，所有格of material自然是presentation的后置定語。material在此處的意思應為“事實，資料”，而不是“材料”。后面的介詞短語in this publication是作整個主語部分的后置定語。
謂語部分為do not imply
賓語部分為the expression of any opinion whatsoever on the part of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations。真正的賓語是the expression，其它都是賓語的修飾成分。其中，whatsoever是whatever的強調(diào)形，表示“無論什么”，它的用法和whatever是一樣的，有兩種詞性：代詞和形容詞（臺灣人喜歡把“代詞”稱作“代名詞”），此處是用作形容詞，修飾它前面的opinion，當whatsoever所修飾的名詞前有any或no修飾時，它應當放在這個名詞后面，所以此處是any opinion whatsoever；短語on the part of 在此處的意思是“就……而言，由……所作出的”。整個賓語部分的含義為“聯(lián)合國糧農(nóng)組織的任何觀點表述”。

我的翻譯“本文中所采用的名稱及陳述不代表任何聯(lián)合國糧食與農(nóng)業(yè)組織部門有關(guān)國家，領土，城市，地區(qū)及其當局的法律地位或邊境與國界劃分方面的觀點”，這里面“material”和“on the part of”是我沒想到的，謝謝eliteman,很詳細，感覺就像在上英語課
