<H4 style="MARGIN: 14pt 0cm 14.5pt">1、考核獎懲辦法</H4>
員工工資分為崗位工資和績效工資，以班組為單位，由各班班長組織在班內的考核，假設某班組有N人（不含班長），則班組的績效工資總額為200*N，班組內某員工月考核得分為A，班組人均考核得分為B，則該員工月工資總額T：
T＝崗位工資＋200*A/B
<H4 style="MARGIN: 14pt 0cm 14.5pt">2、推行該制度的原因</H4>
——原因1：該制度激勵作用明顯。原有的制度只是獎勵第一名，懲罰最末名，只要不是最末一名就可以免受懲罰，不能從最大限度上激勵員工努力工作；而該制度則是激勵均值以上員工，懲罰均值以下員工，可以最大限度地發(fā)揮員工的能動性。
——原因2：本制度獎懲有章可依。依據工段考核規(guī)定進行扣分，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)獎罰不公平，可以向綜合科投訴，經查明屬實則對班組長當月“班組管理”項考核，從而督促班組長依章辦事。
——原因3：該制度工資計算簡單透明且員工易于理解和接受，通過EXCEL軟件可以快速計算員工當月工資水平。
