<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-layout-grid-align: none" align=left><FONT color=#000000><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋體; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋體; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ansi-language: ZH-CN"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋體; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ansi-language: ZH-CN; mso-ascii-font-family: 宋體"><FONT face="Times New Roman">“</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋體; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋體; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ansi-language: ZH-CN">做人</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋體; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ansi-language: ZH-CN; mso-ascii-font-family: 宋體"><FONT face="Times New Roman">”</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋體; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋體; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ansi-language: ZH-CN">問題有兩個(gè)層面。第一個(gè)層面是道德層面。就是說作為銷售人員來講,為人的基本原則必須非常明確,他要清楚地知道:什么錢是可以掙的,什么錢是不能掙的,什么事是可以做的,什么事是不能做的。徹底明白了這些問題,做人就會(huì)有原則,就會(huì)形成正確的行為準(zhǔn)則,長(zhǎng)期地堅(jiān)持就會(huì)形成強(qiáng)大的生產(chǎn)力,形成正確的人格取向。第二個(gè)層面是價(jià)值層面。無論是誰要獲得客戶的認(rèn)可,除了道德層面之外,還需要不斷地為客戶創(chuàng)造價(jià)值,而且是創(chuàng)造與別人不同的價(jià)值,或者是超出別人的價(jià)值,一個(gè)沒有任何價(jià)值的人,很難贏得別人的尊重。對(duì)于價(jià)值的問題有很多誤區(qū),比如銷售人員的價(jià)值到底應(yīng)當(dāng)體現(xiàn)在什么方面,我們的銷售到底是產(chǎn)品價(jià)值的體現(xiàn),還是銷售價(jià)值的體現(xiàn)。如果銷售額增長(zhǎng)了20%,這里面有多少是產(chǎn)品自身帶來的價(jià)值,有多少是通過銷售人員的努力帶來的價(jià)值。所有這些都是屬于價(jià)值層面的問題。我們很多的銷售人員是沒有價(jià)值的,或者說價(jià)值不高的,他們更多地充當(dāng)了搬運(yùn)工或者是聯(lián)絡(luò)員的作用,這樣的價(jià)值談何被客戶認(rèn)可? <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
