Cause and Incidence
· 未知有特定病因，或許與分娩應(yīng)激和高谷類日糧有關(guān)Specific cause is unknown but maybe associated stress of calving and high grain diets
· 與牛的白血病和病毒性腐蝕疾病有關(guān)

Associated with bovine leucosis and viral erosive diseases
· 見于犢牛從吃乳向固體日糧轉(zhuǎn)換期
Seen in calves at the time of transition from milk to solid diet
· 見于成年奶牛和犢
Seen in adult dairy cows and calves
臨床癥狀



Clinical signs
I型（無穿孔和無出血）Type 1
(non perforating and non bleeding)
· 輕度瓣胃疼痛

Mild abdominal pain
II型（出血）



Type 11 (bleeding)
· 停食和無乳


Off feed and no milk
· 輕度瓣胃疼痛

Mild abdominal pain
· 黑類癥（少量的、黑色的、柏油樣糞便）
Melena (scant, dark, tarry stool
· 貧血，可能死亡
Anemia and may die
III型（穿孔）



Type 111 (perforating)
· 局部腹膜炎和與鐵器病類似的癥狀
Local peritonitis and signs similar to hardware
· 磨牙




Teeth grinding
IV型（穿孔）



Type 1V (perforating)
· 彌漫性腹膜炎（潰瘍破裂）
Diffuse peritonitis (ulcer ruptures)
· 幾小時(shí)內(nèi)休克，死亡

Blood transfusion

IV fluids and analgesics
· 抗酸藥

Prognosis
· I型——好




Type 1 – good
· II型——警惕



Type 11 – guarded
· III型——警惕



Type 111 – guarded
· IV型——不良



Type 1V – poor

Control
· 避免突然更換日糧

Avoid sudden changes in diet
· 含充足的粗飼料

Include adequate roughage
· 避免應(yīng)激




Avoid stress
