[/b][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=15pt][b]發(fā)病原因[/b][/size][/font][/color]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=15pt][color=#000000]這次在我省豬爆發(fā)流行的以呼吸道癥狀為主的疾病是一個多因素引起的疾病。它是由病毒、細菌、環(huán)境應(yīng)激和豬體免疫力低下相互作用造成的。其最主要的原發(fā)性感染是藍耳病病毒。該病毒感染其主要侵害的是豬肺泡組織。病毒在豬肺泡的巨噬細胞中復(fù)制，結(jié)果造成豬呼吸道免疫抗病功能大大下降，極大地破壞了豬呼吸道免疫系統(tǒng)對其他病原體的抵抗能力，等于是打開了豬呼吸道系統(tǒng)的防御大門，讓許多以呼吸道感染為主的疾病趁虛而入。這些繼發(fā)性感染的疾病主要是豬傳染性胸膜肺炎、豬副嗜血桿菌病、豬肺疫、豬萎縮性鼻炎、豬鏈球菌病、豬氣喘病、豬偽狂犬病、豬流感、豬呼吸道冠狀病毒，甚至豬瘟、附紅細胞體病等。繼發(fā)感染可以是一種病原為主，但臨床上常常見到幾種病原同時并發(fā)、繼發(fā)，使得癥狀更為嚴重、復(fù)雜。加上飼養(yǎng)管理不良，消毒不嚴，治療不及時，常常造成很高的發(fā)病率和死亡率。[/color][/size][/font]

[/b][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=15pt][b]臨床癥狀[/b][/size][/font][/color]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=15pt][color=#000000]大、中、小豬，甚至乳豬及母豬都可能發(fā)病，尤其是以30-90日齡，體重為15-80斤的保育豬和小、中豬發(fā)病率高。病豬首先表現(xiàn)采食量下降或無食欲，精神沉郁，出現(xiàn)呼吸困難、喘氣、咳嗽、打噴嚏，呈腹式呼吸，可見到空癟的腹部（沒吃料）因呼吸困難而不停地起伏抖動。體溫升高，被毛逆立，眼睛粘性分泌物增多，甚至出現(xiàn)眼睛腫脹呈結(jié)膜炎。病豬因消瘦、虛弱而行走無力，有時犬坐俯臥、張口呼吸。豬群發(fā)病普遍的癥狀是采食量下降（亞臨床狀態(tài)），有明顯呼吸道癥狀的豬可能占豬群的20-60%，若不及時有效地治療，死亡率可達到10-30%。耐過的豬生長緩慢，甚至成為僵豬。因并發(fā)或繼發(fā)不同的疾病，可能出現(xiàn)相應(yīng)的不同癥狀，但呼吸道癥狀總是伴發(fā)其中。[/color][/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=15pt][color=#000000]剖檢變化最主要是在肺臟。肺臟明顯充血、出血、瘀血、胰變、肉變、實變、壞死、腫脹或間質(zhì)水腫，使得肺臟“五顏六色”，許多肺臟還呈現(xiàn)大量纖維素性滲出，而使得肺與胸壁發(fā)生粘連，嚴重者心包也發(fā)生粘連、增厚。有的豬肺臟發(fā)生大小不等的粟粒狀膿性壞死。肺門淋巴結(jié)腫大，出血、瘀血。胸水增多，腹水增多，有的豬還出現(xiàn)纖維素性或膿性腹膜炎、肝周炎。有的豬還出現(xiàn)滲出性或化膿性關(guān)節(jié)炎。若有并發(fā)巴氏桿菌感染可見到頸部下頷皮下瘀血，頸部腫脹，皮下水腫而切面多汁。[/color][/size][/font]

[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=15pt]做好疫苗注射工作。根據(jù)目前豬病流行狀況，要做豬藍耳病的免疫工作。藍耳病疫苗目前有二種。一種是弱毒活苗，因毒力很強（與野毒差不多），不要輕易注射，尤其是沒有發(fā)生過該病的場不要注射弱毒苗。另一種是滅活死苗，但該苗抗原性不佳，保護力不高，需要多次重復(fù)注射才有一定的保護力。正確的免疫方法是初次免疫用滅活苗全場公母豬全部注射1頭份/頭，15-20天后重復(fù)免疫一次。經(jīng)免母豬在配種后60天和產(chǎn)后6天各免疫注射滅活苗1頭份/頭。[/size][/font][/color]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=15pt][color=#000000]豬偽狂犬病近來有發(fā)病增多的趨勢，最好用美國先靈葆雅弱毒疫苗，全場公母豬每3-4個月注射1頭份/頭。小豬緊急預(yù)防接種可用該苗滴鼻0.5頭份/頭。[/color][/size][/font]

[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=15pt]做好藥物防病工作。根據(jù)這次在我省流行的豬呼吸道疾病主要還是細菌性疾病繼發(fā)以后產(chǎn)生的嚴重后果，可以采用在飼料中添加某些有效的藥物來防病、治病。可選用新型的抗生素——泰妙菌素（枝原凈）。該藥是瑞士諾華公司新近研發(fā)的抗生素，細菌很敏感；該藥屬雙萜類抗生素，細菌不容易產(chǎn)生耐藥性；該藥主要能運行到肺泡，并在肺泡產(chǎn)生較高的殺菌濃度。預(yù)防量可選用泰妙菌素100ppm+土霉素400ppm,在母豬產(chǎn)前一周和產(chǎn)后一周的飼料及乳豬料中添加。保育豬的飼料可按泰妙菌素50ppm+土霉素300ppm添加，連續(xù)使用一個月。若發(fā)病豬場可按預(yù)防量加倍。另外，還可選用氟甲砜霉素、北里霉素、林可霉素、泰樂菌素等來預(yù)防與治療。[/size][/font][/color]

[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=15pt]做好消毒衛(wèi)生工作。本病主要通過呼吸道傳染，也可通過糞尿、污水等接觸傳染，豬舍、豬群的清潔衛(wèi)生與消毒工作就顯得非常重要。轉(zhuǎn)欄、空欄時，要把豬舍清洗得像“新”的一樣，不僅地面、墻壁要清洗干凈，對屋椽、屋頂也要認真清理、熏蒸。消毒可選用復(fù)合醛、氯制劑、復(fù)合碘及過氧化物等按有效濃度消毒。豬群隔天或每周消毒2-3次。[/size][/font][/color]
