For R&D Manager position:  Below is the Key requirement of this position, please help me recommend some suitable candidates to me.

1.博士以上的學(xué)歷(如果有國外的教育是Plus)，在專業(yè)上需要包含有chem這塊的,另外如果是Nutrition and Parma的教育是最佳的。工作經(jīng)驗最好在10年以上的，年齡在40歲左右

2.研究方向：基礎(chǔ)的研究和應(yīng)用的研究（從DSM目前來看，他們的營養(yǎng)這塊的研發(fā)是占到80%左右，所以在營養(yǎng)這塊的研發(fā)經(jīng)驗也是非常重要的）

3.在chem這塊的學(xué)術(shù)上要有一定的影響力，并且有一定的政府和學(xué)術(shù)界的network。

4.工作經(jīng)歷上有很強的管理經(jīng)驗和搭建team的工作經(jīng)驗
