維生素作為微量營養(yǎng)素,在種雞營養(yǎng)上的研究雖然相對較少,但就現(xiàn)有研究文獻(xiàn)可以看出,種雞飼糧中大部分維生素的種類與水平對種蛋孵化性能有顯著影響。然而,由于研究文獻(xiàn)中動物的品種、品系、周齡、飼糧結(jié)構(gòu)、研究手段(如:水平梯度法、去除法和胚胎注射法)等不盡相同,文獻(xiàn)發(fā)表年限跨越也很大,大部分研究結(jié)果存在較大差異,各結(jié)果之間很難相互支撐,因而大部分維生素對孵化性能影響的方式和程度及適宜維生素水平還很難準(zhǔn)確判斷。目前較明確的是,種雞日糧維生素中VA水平不宜超過10000 IU/kg,較適宜的添加范圍是8000-10000 IU/kg;VE可以提高后代抗氧化能力和免疫力,有效劑量應(yīng)大于100mg/kg;25-OHD3比VD3具有更高的生物學(xué)效價,適宜添加范圍VD3:2800-3500 IU/kg(25-OHD3按200%相對生物學(xué)效價折算)。
